How to Make Green Salad

Salad can be made from different variety of dishes like vegetable salad, fruit salad, mixed salad etc.
Green salad include different vegetables like lettuce, romaine, tomato, cucumber. Here are some cooking tips and recipe on how to make Green salad.

Recipe: Green Salad

Portion size: 8servings (215g each)
Cooking time: 30mins
Cooking temp.: chilling

Ingredients:                                                Quantity

  •  lettuce                                         555g
  • romaine                                        105g
  • tomato                                         210g
  • cucumber                                     395g
  • apple                                            200g
  • mayonnaise                                   80ml
  • mustard                                         200g

methods
  • tear the lettuce into pieces and place in a salad bowl.
  • tear the romaine and place it in a salad bowl.
  • sliced the tomato.
  • cut the cucumber, place in a salad bowl
  • sliced the apple thinly and add to the bowl and toss well w/ other ingredients.leave for a few minutes
  • put mayonnaise in a cup
  • add mustard, and then mix thoroughly. put in the refrigerator.
