How to Cook Teriyaki Chicken Steak

Teriyaki originated in Japan. Here are some cooking tips and steps on how to cook delicious Teriyaki chicken steak.

Cooking temp.: frying and seasoning

Ingredients                                            Quantity


  • chicken fillet, skin on                        1.73g
  • dashi paste
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil
methods:
 thawed and strain the chicken.
 rub the dashi powder to the chicken.
 heat the oil and cook for 3mins.

for the sauce:
  • water                                                 0.025g
  • onion(chopped)                                   0.2g
  • ginger                                                 0.025g
  • dashi powder                                      0.07g
  • cornstarch                                           0.03g

methods:
 combine all the ingredients except for the cornstarch
 water&onion(chopped) simmer for 3-5mins
 Dilute the cornstarch w/ water, pour in the mix while stirring
 serve the chicken.
