How to Make Tropical Supreme

This is also a dessert, you will use milk, fruit cocktail, all purpose cream etc. This is called Tropical Supreme because it has tropical fruit cocktail, It is sweet so be ready for your teeth.

Ingredients

1/4 c condensed milk
1/4 c egg yolks
2 c tropical fruit cocktail
1 c nata de coco
1 c colored kaong
2 c bananas (lakatan) cut in round
all purpose thick cream

Procedure

 Put condensed milk and eggyolks in a double broiler. Cook until thickened about 30-45mins.
 Let cool. Drain fruit nata de coco and Kaong setting aside 1/2 c for garnishing.
 Add bananas, put in serving bowl whip cream and slowly blend in the condensed milk mixture.
 Mix fruits and cream together garnish w/ colored Kaong on top. Chill before serving.

How to Make Coconut Almond Lychee Salad

This is a dessert that is served at the end of a meal. This is usually consist of sweet food or fruits. This includes cakes, cooking, fruit salad, candy, pastries, ice cream and pies.
Here's the recipe for making Coconut Almond Lychee Salad.

Ingredients

  •  6 pcs. buko ( mala-uhog)
  • 3 boxes almond flavored gulaman
  • 4 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can lychees, whole canned drained
  • 2 pcs all-purpose cream(250ml)
Procedure
 Scare the coconut ment from hush, cut into small squares.
 Dissolve gulaman. Put in pan. Let cool.
 When gulaman is set, cut into cubes.
 Drain juice of the lychee to set aside.
 Get lychee and cut unto quarters.
 Blend all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Blend in the lychee syrup.
 Add coconut squares gulaman cubes lychee fruit to the cream mixture.
 Chill overnight. serve ala supreme.

How to Cook Cheesy Eggplant Layers

Here are the recipe on How to Cook a Homemade Cheesy Eggplant Layers

Ingredients:


  • 4 medium eggplants, each sliced lengthwise into 4
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pouch (25g)- sweet style spaghetti sauce
  • 1cup grated cheese
  • 1 medium green bell pepper(diced)
Procedure:

  Mix eggplant q/ egg then coat w/ bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. set aside. Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 2/3 tsp fine salt to 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce arrange 8 eggplant slice in a baking clioth (8'3x8'3) pour sauce over eggplants and too w/ a half of cheese and bell pepper.
  Repeat procedure using the remaining ingredients bake in pre heated oven at 350F for 25mins. Let stand for 5 mins before serving.

method
saute the shrimp with garlic and add sugar and vinegar. simmer until cook. set aside.
boil the pork until tender. set aside.
prepare oil.heat.
saute the garlic,onion, and followed by eggplant, string beans, banana blossom and pechay.
dilute the knorr cube with broth of pork and add the pork to the sauted vegetables and dilute liquid.
add and simmer.serve with rice.
