- lettuce 555g
 - romaine 105g
 - tomato 210g
 - cucumber 395g
 - apple 200g
 - mayonnaise 80ml
 - mustard 200g
 
methods
- tear the lettuce into pieces and place in a salad bowl.
 - tear the romaine and place it in a salad bowl.
 - sliced the tomato.
 - cut the cucumber, place in a salad bowl
 - sliced the apple thinly and add to the bowl and toss well w/ other ingredients.leave for a few minutes
 - put mayonnaise in a cup
 - add mustard, and then mix thoroughly. put in the refrigerator.
