Ingredients Quantity
- chicken fillet, skin on 1.73g
- dashi paste
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
methods:
thawed and strain the chicken.
rub the dashi powder to the chicken.
heat the oil and cook for 3mins.
for the sauce:
- water 0.025g
- onion(chopped) 0.2g
- ginger 0.025g
- dashi powder 0.07g
- cornstarch 0.03g
methods:
combine all the ingredients except for the cornstarch
water&onion(chopped) simmer for 3-5mins
Dilute the cornstarch w/ water, pour in the mix while stirring
serve the chicken.
